Rubi Gonzalez earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Spanish from Linfield University and her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Pacific University. With a strong background in healthcare administration, clinical operations, and patient support, Rubi is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She believes that exceptional care begins the moment a patient walks through the door and is committed to providing compassionate service and a positive environment for both patients and staff. Her greatest reward comes from helping others feel supported and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
Originally from Salem, Oregon, Rubi enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants and experiences. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she values building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and believes that kindness, empathy, and a genuine smile can make a lasting difference in someone’s day.
