We are excited to present to you the 21-Day Elimination Diet Challenge! We will go over some details and resources below. We recently hosted the Food Sensitivity and Autoimmunity Summit and from over 70,000 attendees the most common feedback that we received was what do we do next.

We have created this challenge to help you take actionable steps to make an impactful change in your health. We will be guiding you through this challenge each step of the way. You will also be surrounded but a supportive community to keep you motivated!

First, what is it? Most people think the elimination diet is a long-term food plan, but this is not the case. The AIP diet is an example of an elimination diet that many individuals misuse as a long-term approach. It is actually a tool (only used for 3-4 weeks before other foods are reintroduced in a specific way) to help us determine what our food sensitivities are. Did you know food sensitivity symptoms can present days after exposure to the food? This makes it very difficult to determine what foods are causing us problems. But no worries, we will show you how to figure them out!

After this challenge, we have two meaningful goals that we want you to achieve. These goals may be simple but they can be life-changing.

Food sensitivities can relate to many different gastrointestinal issues, skin issues, mood disorders, energy issues, pain, autoimmunity, and the list goes on.

  1. Determine what YOUR hidden food sensitivities are (these will be different for everyone).
  2. As a result, eliminate symptoms caused by the hidden food sensitivities.
